Workshops
We ask for full payment at the time of booking to reserve your space at the workshop.
In the event that a customer has to cancel their place at the workshop please see below for our refund policy.
Cancellation 1 week or less before the workshop - 0% refund
Cancellation 1 - 4 weeks before the workshop - 50% refund
Cancellation more than 1 month before the workshop - 100% refund
Online Classes
You can cancel or move your booking up to 4 hours before the class start time to another class in that month. Any cancellations within 4 hours of the class start time are non refundable or transferable.
