Our children's yoga classes are term based. We hold 6 consecutive classes within each term and encourage your small one to attend as many of them as they can. This helps create a supportive energy in the room into which we plant the seeds of Yoga as a lifestyle - not just a class. It's a fun and dynamic practice which will keep your small one with food for the head, heart and soul.
