Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made in full before registration for exams and the issuance of certificates/cards. In the event of a cancellation, Bemac Training Ltd reserves the right to apply the following charges based on the notice period provided:
8 to 10 days before the course start date: 25% of the total invoice amount
5 to 7 days before the course start date: 50% of the total invoice amount
3 to 4 days before the course start date: 75% of the total invoice amount
2 days or less before the course start date: 100% of the total invoice amount
We recommend notifying us as early as possible in the event of any cancellations to minimize charges.
