Bendy Bodies Yoga & Mindfulness | Gentle Yoga in Newbury, Mortimer & West Berkshire

Bendy Bodies Yoga & Mindfulness offers gentle, beginner-friendly yoga classes across Newbury, Mortimer and West Berkshire, creating a calm, non-competitive space for adults and children to move, breathe and simply be.

I offer supportive yoga classes designed to help you feel stronger, calmer and more at ease in your body - whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for a softer, more mindful approach to movement.

Current classes include Gentle Vinyasa Flow and Midday Reset, with weekly classes held at Luna Fitness & Recovery Studio in Greenham Business Park, Newbury, and Soul Barns in Mortimer.

Classes are designed to support physical wellbeing while gently nurturing emotional balance, helping you leave feeling lighter, steadier and more grounded than when you arrived.

As Bendy Bodies grows, I’ll be adding more adult yoga classes, daytime classes, online yoga options, workshops, and children’s yoga sessions designed to bring playful movement, mindfulness and confidence-building to little ones in a safe and supportive environment.

I also offer private yoga sessions, family yoga, mindfulness sessions, and wellbeing opportunities for schools, workplaces and organisations looking to support wellbeing in a gentle and accessible way. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss private sessions, children’s yoga, workplace wellbeing, school sessions or bespoke classes tailored to your needs.

Cancellation Policy

Classes may be cancelled or transferred with at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Class packs follow the same 12-hour policy, are valid from first use, and are non-refundable.

If Bendy Bodies cancels a class, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

For sudden illness or emergencies, please contact me directly — requests are considered at discretion.
