Falconry Experience Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the welfare of our birds and the smooth running of our experiences.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations or requests to reschedule made at least 48 hours prior to your booked experience will be accommodated at a charge of £50, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience may not be eligible for rescheduling. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:
  • Any cancellation on the day of your booking, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the loss of your voucher. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or rebooking in these circumstances. Late Arrivals:
  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, the experience may be shortened, and in some cases, participation may not be possible. This will be treated as a no-show. Weather Conditions:
  • Falconry is a weather-dependent activity. In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather, we may need to reschedule your experience. In such cases, your voucher will remain valid for a future date. Exceptional Circumstances:
  • We may, at our discretion, consider exceptions in cases of serious or unforeseen circumstances. Supporting evidence may be required. By booking a falconry experience with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
