Cancellation Policy:
Notice of a training candidate’s intent to cancel attendance must be made in writing to Kelly Dettmer ( klynch@bio-therapeutic.com) and is subject to the following terms:
•Training attendees whose cancellation request is received in excess of 14 days prior to the start date of the training will incur no liabilities.
•Training attendees whose cancellation request is received less than 14 days prior to the start date of the training will incur an administration fee equal to 50% of the obligated fee.
•Training attendees whose cancellation request is received less than 7 days prior to the training day will incur an administration fee equal to 100% of the obligated fee.
