Clothing instructions: Sportswear/gym clothes, Comfortable loose clothing, No footwear required. Classes are done in bare feet or in yoga socks. . Equipment you need to bring: Water Bottle, Sweat Towel, Yoga/Pilates/Exercise Mat, Stretch band. Feel free to bring these but it is not essential.
