Private Hire

Private hire of the whole pool for between 1 and 2 hours (if you want longer please enquire). Choose the appropriate booking from the 'ticket' list depending on anticipated number of attendees and length of booking required. We may be able to accommodate additional hire times - if you cannot find a suitable date or time please enquire by emailing pool@chudleighpool.org.uk.

You can hire the BBQ on most bookings (on loan from ChudFest so some dates will not be available). Alternatively you can set up a picnic/buffet under our pool shelter, or order in pizza!

Please note normal admission policy applies: under 8s must be accompanied in the water by an adult (16+), with a maximum of two under 8s per adult, only one of whom is under 5.

For booking public swimming sessions please go to: https://bookwhen.com/chudleighpool (sessions will become available for booking one week before).

Rückerstattungsrichtlinien

Public sessions: Tickets can be transferred up to the day prior to your swim using your online Bookwhen account (if you haven't set up an account follow the link on your booking email). Login to Bookwhen using your booking email, click on the Upcoming Events tab, click the blue Manage button, and select Transfer ticket. Each ticket may only be transferred once. All tickets are sold subject to no refunds. For pass users, cancellations will be credited back to your pass account.

Private Hires: Transfers will incur no charge. If we cancel there will be a full refund (this is rare, for example, thunderstorms). Customer cancellations more than a week in advance will incur a 10% charge (i.e. refund of 90% of Stripe payment). Within a week of the booking will incur a 25% charge (i.e. refund of 75% of Stripe payment).
