Refund policy and Cancellations

You may cancel a booked place on any course up to 30 days before the course start date and receive a full refund less a £10 admin fee. You must notify us of your intention to cancel by emailing hello@clayability.co.uk quoting your booking reference number. If there are spaces available on a similar future course we will offer you the option to move your booking. If there is no available future date or you do not wish to reschedule then we will process your full refund.

If you need to cancel a booked place between 30 and 8 days before the course start date you will receive a refund of 50% of the course fee less a £10 admin fee. You must notify us of your intention to cancel by emailing hello@clayability.co.uk quoting your booking reference number. If you or we are able to find someone suitable to take your place then you will also be refunded the remaining 50%.

No refund will be given for bookings cancelled by you within 7 days of the course start date.

If Clayability needs to cancel a course for any reason we will do our best to offer you a suitable alternative date, but if this isn’t possible you will receive a full refund.

Non-attendance

If you do not attend on the first day of a course you may not attend the other days, and you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund.
