Waiting List:

  • If you find a class is full, please add yourself to the waiting list - but note that the waiting list only applies to that individual class... it does not carry forward to subsequent classes. (but it does let us see if a class is popular and needs to be run again or additional sessions run)

Cancellations:

  • If a class has not been fully subscribed it is up to the tutors' discretion as to whether it will run, you will be contacted directly if not and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  • Please refer to our cancellation policy for details should you wish to cancel a booking.

Rückerstattungsrichtlinien

Refund Policy -

  • when booking a course or a class a refund can be issued if you notify the class leader up to 14 days before classes begin, minus a £5 admin fee.
  • between 7-13 days prior to the class a 50% refund is applicable
  • from 2-6 days a 25% refund is available
  • from the day before the class no refunds can be offered for non-attendance
  • if a course or class is cancelled by the course leader you will be issued with a voucher to re-book or offered a full refund.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate - however the Clay Half can assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the information provided. The course leaders should be contacted if there are any queries related to your booking.

Clay Half requests that you take every step to avoid frequent cancellation of your bookings as this is annoying for those on waiting lists who could have made the classes and causes unnecessary administrative work for the course leaders, you know we'd rather be making than admining!!! If you aren't sure you can make a class, please wait until nearer the time and put your name on the waiting list for the class if it's full.
