When booking a place on a course, please make sure that you enter the individual school/work email address for the person attending each course (not a generic school email address e.g. office@school.org.uk)

CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel a booking via BookWhen up to 10 days prior to the course taking place. If you need to cancel within 10 days of the course please email cpd@durham.gov.uk
