We are excited to announce that our gym has recently relocated to the fantastic Henderson Academy in Penryn, located at Penryn Rugby Club, The Memorial Ground, Kernick Road, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 8NT.

Currently, we have limited spaces available for non-carded senior and junior sessions on Wednesday nights. However, we’re optimistic that by 2025, we’ll have additional coaches joining our team, allowing us to expand our training sessions throughout the week.
