As of 10/02/26: (please contact me if the booking was made prior to this date).
-Transfers to a different date/class are available until 24 hours before the class start time. This now includes classes booked in a 'Pass' booking for example 'March Pilates Pass'. Unless the event is cancelled by myself, no refunds can be given. As an independent holistic instructor who relies on this as income, sadly exceptions to this policy cannot be made. Please note I cannot transfer a booking that's already been transferred to another date.
