I’m Hannah, a breathwork facilitator based in Sheffield. I run regular gentle breathwork sessions at Life and Lemons as well as conscious connected breathwork events at Yoga@the reach and Ecclesall Woods.

Breathwork can help increase your energy levels, improve sleep, reduce tension, boost immunity -and increase your self awareness.
