Workshops — Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the workshop date, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the workshop date, and we are able to fill your place, you will receive a full refund minus a £10 administration charge. If we are unable to fill your place, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel fewer than 7 days before the workshop date, no refund will be issued. However, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person — please notify us of the name change before the workshop begins.
