Hearth Space Sauna & Retreats

Unwind in our nature-based wood-fired Sauna! With a panoramic globe window you can soak in stunning scenery whilst the heat melts your tension away as the sound of the river soothes your soul. You can book seats in our communal sauna sessions, or book the whole sauna for private use.

On the schedule below you'll also find details of immersive day & half day experiences to help you connect with nature, your body, your people. We'll guide you in the stunning setting of the Yorkshire Dales with each day uniquely designed to support your wellbeing, and cultivate your inner recourses and to put you back into contact with the things which matter most. These are no cookie cutter experiences. Your guides, Beth & Alexander, combine decades of experience and training to carefully curate days which cut through the mythos of the 'wellness industry'. They'll to provide you with practical tools alongside tangible, first hand experience leaving you feeling both restored and inspired.

You'll find our sauna at Little Stainforth near Settle, Yorkshire. Head to Knights Stainforth Hall Caravan & Camping - Little Stainforth, Settle BD24 0DP and walk down to the bottom of the site, or walk up and around from Stainforth Force/ Long Eel Pool.
