Book a LEGO® based activity session with us

• Bookings should be made at least 24 hours before a session commences.

• Bookings can be made on-line via the Instructions Not Required website: www.instructionsnotrequired.co.uk/booking or www.bookwhen.com/instructnotreq

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card. To pay by Bank Transfer or cash please contact us directly.

• Bookings can be amended by the booker using their Bookwhen account.

• For Lego Club sessions you may cancel or amend your booking up to 6pm the day before the booking. After this time no refunds will be available.

• Course bookings are subject to the following terms:
  More than 14 days before start - Full refund minus admin fee
  8–14 days before - 50%
  7 days or fewer - No refund
  Missing individual sessions - No refund
  Disciplinary exclusion - No refund

• Refunds are not given for any classes or individual sessions missed.

• Refunds are not given where a participant, accompanying persons, or their carer has been asked to leave to inappropriate behaviour.

• Refunds will be processed once we have been in touch directly to confirm the amount to be refunded.
