Join me in the intimate setting of the Sea Studio Morecambe for a monthly relaxing Soundbath. It’s a special place for sound as it holds and cacoons you, leaving you feeling rested, relaxed and ready for sleep. I’ll be playing Himalayan singing bowls, wind gong, crystal singing bowls and therapeutic percussion.
