Join me in the intimate setting of the Sea Studio Morecambe for a monthly relaxing Soundbath. It’s a special place for sound as it holds and cacoons you, leaving you feeling rested, relaxed and ready for sleep. I’ll be playing Himalayan singing bowls, wind gong, crystal singing bowls and therapeutic percussion.

No need to bring anything unless you wanted to.
Not suitable for first trimester of pregnancy
Not suitable if you suffer with sound epilepsy, seizures, bipolar disorder or psychosis
