Sorry to say that no refunds are available for On Demand classes, they are sent soon after you book, however, if you wish to transfer your class straight after you have booked, you can quickly message me directly or go into your reference number on your email and change the date of the class to another one, providing the same ticket type is available. Please do contact me if you are unable to move your booking for some reason and I will look into it for you. Tickets are not name-transferable. The On Demand classes you purchase will be arrive via email from P Cloud and will be valid for 4 days.
