Welcome to Kayleigh Kavanagh Yoga!

My name is Kayleigh and I am a Trauma-Aware Yoga and Chair-based Yoga Teacher.

I live with my Husband and our family of disabled cats. As a teacher with chronic illness and disability, I understand how daunting new experiences can be and I try to create a safe and inclusive space so you can reconnect with yourself through the use of movement, breath work and meditation.

My classes are designed to be fully inclusive and I am confident in supporting others with long term and age related health conditions, injuries or illnesses, including fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, scoliosis and other musculoskeletal disorders, COPD, long covid and other respiratory conditions. As a Trauma-Aware Yoga teacher, I deliver nervous system friendly classes and workshops designed for everyone but especially those with anxiety, stress related illnesses and depression.

Whether you join me for a weekly class, a course or a workshop, you are welcome just as you are. No expectation, no judgement, just a supportive and friendly welcome awaits.
