Welcome to Kayleigh Kavanagh Yoga!

My name is Kayleigh and I am a Trauma-Aware Yoga and Chair-based Yoga Teacher. As a teacher with ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia, I understand how daunting new experiences can be and I try to create a safe and inclusive space so you can reconnect with yourself through the use of movement, breath work and meditation.

My classes are designed to be fully inclusive and supportive of those with long term and age related health conditions, injuries or illnesses, including fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, scoliosis and other musculoskeletal disorders, COPD, long covid and other respiratory conditions. As a Trauma-Aware Yoga teacher, I deliver nervous system friendly classes and workshops designed for everyone but especially those with anxiety, stress related illnesses and depression.
