Participants can cancel their booking of a course, class or workshop anytime up to 5 days before the commencement of the event.
A cancellation link is provided in the Booking Confirmation Email or you can email your cancellation request to mail@cutlooseart.com. The date of the cancellation request will be the date the cancellation email is sent.
As soon as a cancellation is noted, the refund for the full cost of the course, session or workshop will be manually issued. An email confirmation will be sent to the address on the booking. Please allow 24 hours for the refund to be issued.
No part-course refunds can be issued unless the reason for cancellation comes from myself, the organiser.
Payments can not be transferred to another course, session or workshop.
Refunds can only be made back to the purchaser's account.
Gift Voucher purchases have a 14 day cooling off period. During the two weeks after the date of purchase, a cancellation and refund can be requested.
