Visiting Laganvale

There are 3 ticket types:

Soft Play Only visits - you get up to 90 mins in our soft play. We are open 9.15am with last admission 4pm for this (3.30pm if you want to have the full 90 mins).

Play & Farm visits (Saturdays only)- you get up to 90 mins in our soft play, then time outside on the farm as long as you like and we close at 5pm. We are open from 9.15am with last admission 3.30pm for this.

Farm Only visits (Saturdays only) - there is also the option to just visit the outdoor areas and not include soft play in your ticket. Farm outdoors opens at 10am and last admission for just outdoors is 3pm.

Rückerstattungsrichtlinien

In the event that you need to cancel your ticket, a refund will only be available if the cancellation is made 48hrs or more in advance. There will also be an admin fee of £5 taken from any refunds. No shows or cancellations within 48hrs of the event will not be refunded. As our phone is not manned during the event, it is best to email to contact us.
Transferring your ticket to an alternative date is only possible if there is still enough space on the alternative session. Transfers will incur a £5 admin fee on the booking.
