We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or move your booking, here is how our policy works:
More than 48 hours notice: You can reschedule your session for free, or cancel for a full refund.
Less than 48 hours notice: Unfortunately, we cannot refund your booking if you cancel within 48 hours of your slot. This is because we are unable to fill the appointment space at such short notice.
