Little Thinkers Summer Camp Refund Policy
We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes need to change. Here’s our refund policy, designed to be as fair and flexible as possible for you:

  1. Full Refund (7+ days before camp)
    If you need to cancel your booking and it’s at least 14 days before the start of camp, we’ll happily provide you with a full refund.

  2. Partial Refund (Within 3 days before camp)
    If you need to cancel within 7 days of the camp starting, we unfortunately won’t be able to offer a full refund, as we’ve already made arrangements for staffing and supplies. We understand that things come up, and we’re here to help in any way we can. We can offer you a 50% refund.

  3. Illness or Emergency
    If your child is unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, just let us know! We’ll do our best to either reschedule them for a future date or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

  4. Transfers
    If you need to transfer to a different date, we’d be happy to help! Just let us know in advance, and we’ll work with you to find an alternative date that suits.

  5. In the Case of Camp Cancellation
    If for any reason we need to cancel a camp session (e.g., weather or staffing issues), we’ll provide a full refund or offer the option to transfer to another date.
