All bookings and payments should be made through our online platform Bookwhen. When paying via bank transfer please use the Bookwhen booking reference to help us track your payments. Thanks
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session you will be able to transfer your ticket to another date - no refunds will be given.
In the event that we cancel a session that you have booked
Members who book and pay online will be entitled to transfer their ticket to another date if Live! withdraws the activity.
