What to expect:
Sun salutations A and B modified.
Different asanas to elongate and strengthen muscles.
Breathing techniques (pranayama) to balance the nervous system and support mental health.
Meditation to connect with oneself with acceptance.
All instructions are an invitation, they are not compulsory so you keep your self safe and choose what poses and modifications you prefer to do each day. No competition, no comparison - but focus on breath, awareness of own sensations with self-compassion and unconditional love.
Bring comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and any yoga props that you have, layers and an open heart.
