Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your training session free of charge up to 24 hours before the event start time.
• Fee: There are no fees or penalties for cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window.
• Ticket Transfers: If you wish to attend a different date instead, you can transfer your ticket yourself via your confirmation email at any time up to 24 hours before your session.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations, transfer requests, or absences made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, as your spot has been reserved.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: A paid deposit is strictly non-refundable once your spot is secured in the hybrid program.
