Calm & Glow is a cosy, relaxed sensory space designed for both mums and babies to slow down, connect and enjoy quality time together whilst also meeting new mums on maternity leave.
Each session includes:

This is not a structured class. No pressure, no expectations- feeding, cuddling, crying and contact napping are always welcome here.
For babies who aren’t yet confidently walking 0-12months
Please note this is upstairs in Pudsey house and is VERY limited for number of prams.
