Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a small business, every booked space at Mamabears Village is carefully prepared for. Thank you for understanding and supporting our sessions.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session may be transferred to another available session or refunded minus any booking fees.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If your little one is poorly or there is an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try our best to help where we can.

• Missed sessions and no-shows cannot be refunded.

• You are welcome to gift your booked space to another parent/carer if you can no longer attend — please just let us know beforehand.

• If Mamabears Village needs to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered either:

• a full refund
• or a transfer to another session.
