Rückerstattungsrichtlinien

At Mindfulness Maven, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans can change. We aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality classes and maintain a serene and supportive environment for all our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any classes or packages.

Single Classes and Class Packs

  1. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a class you've registered for, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else and maintain a balanced class size.
  2. Refunds: Refunds for single class purchases are available only if the cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours before the class starts. The refund will be processed to your original payment method minus a small processing fee.
  3. Class Packs: Purchased class packs (e.g., 5, 10, or 20 classes) are non-refundable but are transferable. If you are unable to use all the classes in your pack, you may transfer the remaining classes to another person. All class packs have an expiration date of 3 months from the purchase date, after which unused classes will expire.

General Terms - All refund requests must be made in writing by emailing mindfulness.maven.jade@gmail.com - Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. - We reserve the right to modify or change the refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and email newsletter. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
