Any refunds processed with the exception of those under section i) below will be minus the payment processing fees we incur via Stripe (1.5% plus 20p as of July 26, 2025).

i) In the event of cancellation of the session by

the organiser, a full refund will be offered.

ii) Refunds are not provided for missed sessions. However, if you or your child is unable to attend due to illness and more than 6 hours’ notice is given prior to the start of the session then the booking can be deferred to a later date.
If fewer than 6 hours’ notice is given then any decision will be at the discretion of the organiser.
Notice will be deemed as given at the time a communication e.g. text message, phone call or e-mail is received by the organiser.

Illness
If you or your child are unwell we ask you not to attend the session (please see the refund policy above). This is to protect both your health and that of the other attendees in the class. As above, we are able to consider deferring a paid booking to a later date. We would always encourage early and clear communication in this situation.
