Refund Policy
At Miss Dawson Science, we want you to be happy with your purchase. The following refund policy applies to courses, digital resources, live masterclasses and memberships purchased through our online store.
Digital Courses and Resources
Where you purchase digital content and receive immediate access, you may have a 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law.
However, where you expressly agree to receive immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once access begins, refunds will not normally be available once the digital content has been accessed or supplied.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Live Masterclasses and Sessions
You may cancel a booking and request a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of a live masterclass or session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are normally non-refundable.
If Miss Dawson Science cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or, where appropriate, the option to transfer your booking to another session.
If a session is rescheduled, your booking will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Memberships and subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent future renewal payments.
Cancellation does not normally provide a refund for a subscription period that has already begun or for digital content that has already been supplied, except where required by law.
Requesting a Refund
For live sessions, cancellations and refund requests should be made through Bookwhen.
Where a refund is due under this policy, it will be returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
