Cancellation Policy

Charges for non-attendance apply when a delegate fails to cancel courses within the timescale indicated. Sandwell Moderation requires five working days’ notice prior to the training event. Please note the following charges may be incurred:

• 25% of the cost for cancellations within five days of the training
• The full price will be charged for non-attendance at the training without cancellation

By booking this training you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. Schools will be invoiced after the training.
