The class is ideal for seniors, beginners, or anyone with limited mobility but everyone is welcome, you'll enjoy guided movements and mindful breathing, all from the comfort of a chair.
No special equipment needed—just come as you are
You can individual classes for £10 or you can purchase a ‘6 class pass’ for £55 which allows you to book into any 6 classes over a 10 week period. All options available when you checkout.
