Hatha yoga is a slower style of yoga, featuring yoga poses (asanas) and breathing techniques. Poses are broken down and often held for a number of breaths, allowing you to focus on alignment, building strength and working on flexibility. You can expect classes to end with a short relaxation, allowing you to calm your mind, turning inwards while you physically rest.
