Cancellation & Transfer Policy
I completely understand that sometimes plans change. To keep the classes fair for everyone and to help me manage spaces, I have the following cancellation, refund and transfer policy:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the class
If you need to cancel your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, you can transfer your booking to another available yoga class. Your booking cannot be refunded, but the value of your class will be retained for you to use at another available date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are considered a late cancellation and the class will be forfeited. Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer a transfer or refund for late cancellations, as it is unlikely that I will be able to fill the space at such short notice.
No-shows
If you are unable to attend and do not cancel your booking, the class will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.
Exceptional circumstances
I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If something unavoidable or exceptional occurs, please contact me directly and I will always do my best to be fair and understanding.
If a class is cancelled by me
If I need to cancel a class, you will be offered the choice of transferring your booking to another yoga class or receiving a full refund.
Thank you for understanding and for giving as much notice as possible when you are unable to attend. This helps me to manage the class and gives someone else the opportunity to take your place.
