Once booked and paid for all classes, class packs and memberships are non-refundable unless due to medical grounds for which proof will need to be provided.

You may amend your class booking, eg move to a difference class, up to 12 hours before the start of the booked class at no extra cost. Cancelling your class within the 12 hours before the start time will result in the loss of any monies paid or class credits used.
