If you are unable to attend a class, you may either transfer your booking to another eligible class or, if you are using a class pass, cancel your booking so that the session is credited back to your class pass. Any transfer or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time.

To manage your booking:

Log in to your Bookwhen account, or
Open your booking confirmation email and select "View booking".

Bookings that are transferred or cancelled at least 24 hours before the class start time can be moved to another eligible class (subject to availability) or, if cancelled, credited back to your class pass to use within the validity period of your pass. For drop-in classes, a refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the class start time.

Bookings cancelled or transferred with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without cancellation, will be counted as attended and cannot be credited back to your pass, refunded, or transferred.

The 24-hour cancellation and transfer policy applies to all bookings, including those affected by illness, unless otherwise agreed at my discretion.

Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where required by law. This refers to the class pass itself and does not affect your ability to transfer individual bookings in accordance with this policy.

All classes must be used within validity period of the first class attended using your class pass. Unused classes cannot be carried over after the expiry date.

If you experience any difficulties cancelling or transferring your booking, please contact hello@releasepilates.co.uk as soon as possible.

If I need to cancel a class, you will be offered either a replacement class, class credit, or an extension to your class pass.

If the venue becomes unavailable, an alternative venue or session will be arranged where possible. If this is not possible, a replacement class, or class credit will be offered.

If circumstances beyond my control prevent classes from taking place in person, classes may be postponed until they can safely resume, or an alternative arrangement may be offered where possible.

Classes may be cancelled if the minimum attendance of 4 participants is not reached. In this case, you will be offered an alternative session or class credit.
