You may cancel or request a change to your booking up to 24 hours before the class start time.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class:

you can choose either:

a full refund, or

a free deferral of your ticket to another session (subject to availability).

If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, or do not attend (no‑show):

i. the ticket is non‑refundable, but we may offer a one‑time deferral to another session at our discretion (please contact us as soon as possible).

ii. If we cancel or reschedule a class (e.g. instructor illness, venue issues, low numbers):

iii. you will be offered either a full refund or a free deferral/credit to another session.

To request a deferral, please contact us via the details in your booking confirmation. Deferrals are subject to availability and must be used within 30 days of the original class date.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank/card provider.
