In the event of certain situations that are out of Santa's Enchanted Forest's control, such as further restrictions/lock down or high winds, where a reschedule is not possible, Santa's Enchanted Forest will allow you to carry your full booking fee over to next year, or issue you a refund, minus a £10 admin fee. This is to cover booking fee/merchants fees, and other costs that we would lose and would be unable to claim back, should the event not go ahead.
