SHARNA YOGA

For me yoga is about the journey and not the destination, it is whatever you want it to be, not what anyone tells you it should be. Whether you want to release stress, relax your mind, exercise your entire body or just move on the mat. There is no perfect pose, no Instagram picture perfect goal.

If you are apprehensive about trying yoga come and practice with me, give it a try, work with your body and give it exactly what it needs, not what anyone tells you is required. Practice in a non judgemental friendly environment open to all.

My style, well it’s dependent on what the universe brings, but in general it is a gentle flow focusing equally on mobility, strength and wellbeing. It’s your practice and I believe you give your body what it needs in that moment, yoga is sent to nourish our body and our mind x
