Marking the Celtic New Year and descent of the land into the dark half, Samhain brings forth the end of the harvest and an opportunity to take stock of life's cycles since Imbolc back in February.
A time where the veil between worlds is thin, this is also a moment to connect to our ancestors, and the knowledge of the land inviting us to shed like the trees around us and welcome ourselves into a quieter state.
Join us for a 90 minute ritual and ceremony combining movement, breath awareness, journaling and stillness - the perfect ingredients to foster a morning of reflection as we transition into Autumn.
Welcome to all, no previous experience required. Simply come with an open heart and an open mind.
The sauna is for ages 16 years and over.
*We will practice in the cosy interior of The Glen Community Centre, right across from Sacred Heart Church. Eircode V23 RY81 :)
