Afternoon Sanctuary

This is the mini version of that solo retreat you’ve never been quite brave enough to take, yet… And with no need to get on a plane!

Also, you don’t even have to arrive on time.

Move between the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge. Do a little yoga or stretching on the grass. Sit under the trees and feel the breeze on your face. Dip into a book from our little library or write in your journal.

Be guided in some gentle meditations or breathing practices and enjoy delicious homemade cakes and seasonal refreshments.

Afternoon Sanctuary is a spacious, peaceful place you can use as your grounding reset after a busy summer or healthy space to gather your thoughts and energy.

You're invited to savour:

• Four peaceful hours at Songbird Sanctuary (1–5pm)
• Optional opening meditation to help you arrive & settle
• Time to move freely between the hot tub, sauna and cold plunges.
• Quiet indoor and outdoor spaces for reading (we have a little library of spiritual, wellness
  books), resting or being unproductive.
• Optional guided breath work, meditation or reflective journaling.
• Seasonal homemade cakes, herbal teas & refreshments
• Optional closing meditation before you head home

Gift yourself some time and space in our beautiful, natural space to move into the autumn season with a sense of what might be next for you.

Coming on your own:

This meditative afternoon is designed for women attending on their own. This helps create a quiet and reflective atmosphere, intentionally different to normal life.

If you're looking for quality time to chat with friends or family, a private sauna session is recommended and is perfect for socialising in a healthy, fun way!
