Want to add some dynamic skills to your repertoire, that are super effective, but actually achievable?
In this workshop, you will learn a selection of short, pole based dynamic heels combos. Full of twizzles, kips, heel clacks and drops, you’ll be tearing and skeeting around the pole like the bad bitch you are. Bad-ass vibes and high energy guaranteed.
Heels and knee pads required.
This workshop is non refundable.
Please ensure you bring plenty of water. Bring along kneepads and heels.
