Please be aware once your booking has been made, we are unable to offer a refund unless the Active Communities Team cancel or postpone the event or in extreme circumstances.
In these cases, it will be possible to transfer your booking to another activity of the same cost or get a credit note for the amount to use within a year from the date of the cancelled event.
