In our Candlelight Yoga class, all the necessary equipment is provided for your convenience. You don't need to worry about bringing anything except yourself and an open mind. However, if there are any personal items or props that you feel would enhance your practice, feel free to bring them along.
Our studio is heated to create a warm and cozy environment for your comfort during the session. As the body can cool down during relaxation, we encourage you to dress in layers to adjust to your preferred temperature and ensure your utmost comfort throughout the class.
Water is readily available in the studio to keep you hydrated during the practice. Please feel free to bring a water bottle if you prefer to have your own.
