If you’re new to yoga or feeling a little unsure, I also offer a one-off, private starter session (£25).
This is a calm, one-to-one space where you can ask questions, explore a few basic movements, and understand how our classes are structured — a gentle place to begin.

You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced to come along. With over 12 classes weekly, that are taught slowly,
with clear guidance and plenty of options, so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
