I've created Wellness Express for people who want to look after their body and mind but don't always have an hour to spare.
These focused 30-minute sessions combine yoga-inspired movement, strength, balance, mobility and meditation to help you stay active, capable and confident in everyday life.
Whether you're looking to improve your posture, strengthen your hips and back, build balance, develop upper or lower body strength, or simply take time to pause and breathe, there's a session for you.
Choose the classes that interest you most, or enjoy a variety of sessions throughout the week to create your own complete movement and wellbeing plan.
